By purchasing a template, you agree that:

Each template purchase may be used for one project only (eg: 1 Web Lab Website Template purchase = 1 Website)

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.

You may not share the template, graphics, files, or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.

The design is copyrighted by Launch Lab Media Ltd and Launch Lab Media Ltd owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.

Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages, or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that all of our products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the template demos and features, the FAQs, and program requirements prior to purchasing. If you have any template-specific questions, please contact us or reach out in the chat before you purchase.

Template Support Policy

We are happy to help you with issues relating to the template itself, the install/build, the downloads, the provided files + any problems that might arise with these.

Template Installation Policy

(Only applicable if you have purchased a Web Lab Website Template.)

This install service will transfer your purchased Web Lab Website Template into your Web Lab account, but NOT into a live website. If you have a live website on another platform other than Web Lab, we recommend manually transferring (copy + pasting) your content over to the new site. If you have a lot of blog posts, shop items, or items that can’t be easily manually transferred, please contact us to discuss.

We will always do our best to have your template installed within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take long. Please message the Launch Lab Media support if it has been over 48 hours and you are waiting for an install.

Once the template is installed into your account, it is no longer ours and is your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot come back into the site and reverse them.

Launch Lab Media reserves the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event of an installation order being canceled, Launch Lab Media will refund the full amount of the purchase. 

Third-Party Software

From time to time we integrate third-party software into our website templates. Please check the "Here’s What’s Included With Your Purchase" section and FAQ's of the templates sales page to see what has been included. 

We will never integrate any third-party software that is untested. 

We will never integrate any third-party software that doesn't have a free plan available.

Other Notes

Please note that some or most of our templates include custom Canva graphics that are optional for you to use on your website template. Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva For Work' (a paid version of Canva) for the best results.

You will need a Web Lab subscription and you may need Canva to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.
